3. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order on our website does not guarantee final acceptance of the order. Hatvoni Heritage reserves the right to cancel any order or remove specific items from an order under circumstances including, but not limited to:

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact customers for manual order verification to prevent spam, misuse, fraudulent activity, or bot-generated orders. Orders may be cancelled if verification is unsuccessful.

Customers may request cancellation of an order within 24 hours of placing it. However, once the order status changes to “Processing,” cancellation requests may no longer be accepted as the order may already be prepared, packed, or handed over to the delivery partner.

Hatvoni Heritage reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the order stage and operational status.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Currently, Hatvoni Heritage delivers only within India. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary depending on weather conditions, regional disruptions, logistics delays, strikes or transportation issues, and remote delivery locations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Hatvoni Heritage shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Not all products sold on Hatvoni Heritage are eligible for return. Only products specifically marked as “Returnable” on the product page may qualify for return requests.

For eligible returns: requests must include proper reason for return, clear photos and/or videos must be provided as proof, and claims should be reported within the specified support period after delivery.

For non-returnable items: if a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be eligible for a replacement based on verification.
